Payment Policy

Cindy accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express including any gift cards from these credit card companies.

Payment is due in full at the end of the appointment. No Care Credit, No payment plans.

Scheduling and Appointment Policy

All services must be scheduled; NO WALK INS. Cindy must be given 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment in order for you not to be charged.

There is a $25.00 fee charged to all clients who do not call within 24 hours to cancel their appointment. This fee also applies to clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment and do not call.

All clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are at Cindy's discretion to reschedule the appointment and/or charge the no show fee of $25.00

The information collected within this website will only be used and viewed by Cindy Martell and any staff of Cindy Martell for regular business operations and correspondence.
